Feedback from people who’ve come on retreat…

Dear Roger and Hannah, Once the pond has settled, a perfect reflection occurs. The weekend worked for me. Stimulating yet relaxing; exciting yet calming; progressive yet safe; challenging yet secure. A list that could go on and on. I have returned to my norm ‘changed’. There is a difference. When I arrived I now realise how inhibited I was with preconceptions and fears not all to do with a yoga retreat, many about me and my life. These have gone. Your kindness and caring, nurtured them from me and I feel more ‘secure’ on many levels. I was a content person before but now I feel more so. The opportunity for time out, to learn to play again and to simply be are invaluable in a frantic, frenzied world. I know more thoughts will come in time. I have tried the sun salutations and love it and when the moment feels right will use more of the yoga. For now I wanted to share and acknowledge the benefits of your labour and care. Take care, success and contentment, Martin. (a beginner to yoga)
Dearest Hannah and Roger, Thank you for a wonderful weekend. You have created a beautiful space, an oasis of calm. Sharing yourselves and your knowledge will help many people on their journey, wherever they are going. Good luck with all your future projects, I’m sure they will flourish. Thanks, Catherine. From the warm welcome, hospitality and love that is here to the glorious, wholesome food we shared and of course… the yoga… 10 hours of learning, exploring and playing. Thank you and Bless You Both. You deserve every success! With love, Cora. |

Your open attitude with humour is a big plus. Attention to detail in all the aspects of the site and the event are a delight to behold. You have pushed forward the frontiers of luxury and elegance in the low impact lifestyle. Michael, organiser of green conferencing. |
