SPRING CLEAN – 31^ST MARCH TO 2^ND APRIL

 

Spring Clean for a summer of sun and fun is a weekend retreat with the opportunity to deeply unwind and give yourself a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual spring clean. Involving at least two sweatlodges, sauna, delicious raw organic food and juices, bodywork and massage workshop, journeywork, open fires, fun and laughter, country walks and even free time to simply chill out in the luxurious accommodation.

 

Spring Clean is being facilitated by Shamanic Healer Paul Goodwin and the Yoga Yurts crew of Roger and Hannah and a collection of very friendly dogs!!!

 

The cost is £225 inclusive for yurt accommodation (sharing with one other). There are concessions available for those wishing to camp in their own tent. It begins from 3pm on Friday31^st March until 3pm-ish on Sunday 2^nd April.
