the format of yoga days
The mornings start with a long yoga session (two and a half hours) followed by lunch and the afternoons have a shorter, more meditative yoga session. The lunch break is long so there is time to go for a short walk after lunch for those of you who'd like to. A little more stretch and challenge for those of you who are looking to further develop your practice, and plenty of space for stillness for those of you who are new to the practice. Beginners are welcome on all yoga days.

The winter has been quiet at Yoga Yurts. We had some problems with the main Yurt and couldn't run classes over the winter but we are now back up and running.

I must appologise to those of you who have been searching the website for information as we have had major computer trouble in the past six months and I have had difficulty in updating the site. Finally we are now back up to date.

We may be lucky enough to have a few Sweatlodges this summer but so far no dates are confirmed. I'll keep you posted.

We look forward to celebrating our new yurt with as many of you as possible as the summer winds its way closer.
