Teacher: Suzy Daw B.Sc (Hons) Chartered Physiotherapist and Yoga teacher
I qualified as a Physiotherapist over 10 years ago and have been studying yoga for 12 years and teaching for the past 4. I teach Scaravelli inspired Yoga, which focuses on releasing and undoing the spine, with a deep sense of breath and gravity awareness. My passion is to combine the physical aspect of the body with the spiritual practice of Yoga and share the knowledge of how understanding our bodies with more depth, allows us to teach and practice more effectively. I aim to try and demystify the incredible and wonderful human body so that a sense of wholeness can be experienced in our Yoga practices. This helps us understand the underlying nature of disease and how one can become more balanced and nourished with the integrated practice of Yoga.
