What is your yoga experience? We only need a rough idea of whether you are new to yoga, have a few years experience or are a teacher and if you normally practice a particular style of yoga. This information is purely to help us to plan appropriate lessons for your yoga day.

 

Do you have any illnesses or physical limitations that you would normally inform your yoga teacher of? Things such as joint problems, high or low blood pressure, bad back etc.

 

Do you have your own transport or will you need to be collected from the station?
